Anxiety and Panic

Some anxiety is normal these days, but too much can cause overwhelm, or dread, out of proportion with reality.

Adrenaline contributes to anxiety when there is a perceived threat so we are ready to fight, fee or freeze.

Physical symptoms range from unease to a full-blown panic attack with difficulty breathing, sweating, increased pulse rate and possible chest pains (If you feel chest pains, please go to an emergency room right away.).

Anxiety and panic attacks can also cause intense emotions reactions such as fear, social phobia and obsessive compulsive behavior.
